TENDER NOTICE



The Technical Support Cooperation to the School Education Sector (TECSES) project, supported by Finland and the European Union and implemented by HY+ Finland, is a 5-year initiative focused on improving teacher education in Nepal. It works in close collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology (MoEST), as well as provincial and local governments and universities. The project primarily operates in the Karnali, Sudurpashchim, and Madhesh provinces, with an emphasis on equity and inclusion in education. The services to be purchased are for use by the TECSES project in Nepal for travel, conducting workshop meetings, workshops, and other events.

TECSES is inviting tender to establish a framework agreement for the following services:

• Lot-1, Travel Agency Services (Air ticketing and other services)
• Lot-2, Hotel Services (For provinces: Madhesh, Bagmati, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim)

Interested service providers for Lot-1 or Lot-2 may request the tender document by sending an email to Pro.tecses@hyplus.fi or may collect it in person from the TECSES project office in Kathmandu. Please clearly mention which lot you would like to submit a tender for in your email request.

LAST DAY TO SUBMIT BIDS: Friday, 11 April, 2025, 17:00 HRS

OPENING OF RECEIVED TENDER: Monday, 14 April, 2025, 14:00 HRS

All submissions need to be in sealed envelopes in TECSES office, or submit at locked email, Bid.tecses@hyplus.fi

Detailed information is provided in the tender response documents, and interested bidders are requested to submit all the required documents along with the Tender Form.

TECSES project, reserves the right to accept or reject any bid either fully or partially or cancel the whole tender process without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
