International Nepal Fellowship (Nepal) is a Non-Government Organization established in 1952 and serves the poor and disadvantaged people of Nepal to enable life to its fullness through health and development services. INF Nepal is currently working in health and community development services in the Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpashchim Provinces of Nepal.

For the following position, INF Nepal is seeking competent, skilled, service oriented, and devoted Nepali citizens who shares our vision, mission, and values.

Position: Team Leader

Location: Pachaljharana RM, Kalikot

Purpose of the Job:

The post holder is responsible for the effective and efficient implementation of the “Building Resilience through Empowerment on Adaptability against Disaster Risks” and Climate Change project interventions in target communities of Kalikot. This role involves working closely with local government bodies and building strong, collaborative relationships with the leadership of the target Rural Municipality.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:

• Intermediate level in any discipline with two-years relevant work experience.
• Minimum of 2-year experience in relevant field DRR, CCA, Nutrition, Community Development etc.
• Good computer skills [Word, Excel, email].
• Good facilitation and presentation skills.
• Planning and reporting skills.
• Good interpersonal skill.
• Understanding of, and agreement with, the values which are important to INF Nepal.
