Position Overview:

A renowned edumart is looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our growing retail team. We’re seeking someone who is quick to learn, confident in communication, and passionate about helping customers find the right products. The ideal candidate should be comfortable in a dynamic environment, able to understand a wide range of items, and ready to contribute to both in-store and digital engagement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, providing knowledgeable and friendly service
• Understand a broad variety of products and explain features clearly and confidently
• Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and preferences
• Actively contribute to achieving sales targets through customer-focused engagement
• Keep the store well-organized, clean, and visually appealing
• Stay informed about ongoing promotions and product availability
• Support content creation for social media (e.g. photos, short videos, basic product highlights)
• Maintain professional and courteous behavior at all times
• Work collaboratively with the store team and adapt to shifting responsibilities during peak hours
• Be flexible with work schedules, including weekends and holidays

Candidate Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA)

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a retail or customer-facing role

Essential Skills & Qualities:

• Quick learner with strong product understanding ability
• Friendly, confident communicator with a service-oriented mindset
• Comfortable engaging with customers and promoting products naturally
• Interest in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) is a plus
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn in-store systems
• Comfortable appearing on social media for brand/product content
• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to different work timings.
