Yuwalaya, in partnership with Plan International Nepal, is implementing the “Strengthening Meaningful Youth Engagement for Girls Standing Strong” project. This initiative aims to enhance meaningful youth participation in planning and decision-making processes to ensure that annual priorities and plans effectively address and prioritize youth concerns.

Yuwalaya is currently seeking an interested, proactive, self-motivated, and outcome-oriented consultant/firm for the “Consultancy for Capturing Youth-Led UPR Journey and Multimedia Documentation”.

Consultant Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Bachelors in Arts, Journalism, Social Work, Media Studies, or related fields.
• Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in developing SBCC/IEC materials, particularly related to media literacy, behavior change or social issues
• Strong skills in scriptwriting, graphic design and video production
• Familiarity with topics such as misinformation, disinformation, hate speech, 7-step planning process and promoting critical thinking
• Experience in producing videos and posters, with a proven track record of creating engaging and effective content.
• Expertise in video production and posters development including filming, editing, and post-production. 
• Proven experience in transcribing and accurately converting content in both English and Nepali.
• Well-equipped with updated software and hardware to ensure smooth and high-quality production.
• Strong script writing and content development skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging scripts.

Deadline for Submission

Sealed hardcopy proposals, clearly marked with Reference No. UPR 025/026 and the heading “Consultancy for Capturing Youth-Led UPR Journey and Multimedia Documentation”, must be submitted to the Yuwalaya office by 5:30 PM on 6 May 2025 at the following address:
