With a commitment to bring about positive development through collaboration, FCA has been supporting development work in Nepal since the 1980s and has had an in-country presence since 2013. The long-term change that FCA wants to see in Nepal is that marginalized women and youth are socio-economically empowered and enjoy a decent living. FCA’s work in Nepal focuses on livelihood and education, both as long-term development projects and disaster response and recovery programs. The peace theme is integrated throughout the program with all projects having a clear focus on social inclusion, participation and non-discrimination. The current Nepal country program is implemented in Madhesh, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim Provinces.

FCA is inviting quotation from qualified national individuals/ firms for 1) Vehicle Rental Service and 2) Hotel Accommodation and Workshop Services for framework agreement.

Interested national applicant should submit the Quotation for Vehicle Rental and Quotation for Hotel Service (annex 1) meeting ToR requirements are to be submitted via email to procurement.nepco@kua.fi with subject “Quotation for Vehicle Rental” or “Quotation for Hotel Service” no later than 13 May 2025.

Telephone inquiries will not be entertained; please send an email to procurement.nepco@kua.fi with subject line “Enquiry for Vehicle Rental Service” or “Enquiry for Hotel service” in case of any confusion.

Note: The proposal submission should be done in the given format provided by FCA Nepal. Any format other than the given format will not be considered during assessment.
