Details / requirements:

Our Clinic wants a Receptionist with strong communication and presentation skill, computer literate and proficient with both Nepali and English language 

Responsibilities: 

  • Greeting patients professionally both in person and on the phone.
  • Quickly answering or properly referring questions and issues.
  • Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed. 
  • Scheduling follow-up appointments and providing telephonic reminders.
  • Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence.
  • Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed.
  • Handling Online Billing System for patients and treatment plans.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
