Details / requirements:

Nawa Chetana Community Development Center (NCCDC-Nepal) is a non-governmental, non-political, and non-profit social development organization committed to building community ownership through leadership capacity enhancement and empowerment. Established on 22nd Chaitra 2050 and registered under the Social Service Act, 2034 in Parbat district, NCCDC-Nepal has been actively working to mobilize local resources and encourage public participation to improve the lives of marginalized communities through diverse development initiatives. Currently, NCCDC-Nepal is implementing the “Integrated Community Development Project (ICDP)" in partnership with Good Neighbors International Nepal.

Qualifications and Requirements:

·   Bachelor’s degree in public health from a recognized institution.

·   Minimum two years of relevant work experience in the public health sector.

·   Strong understanding of community health and WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene).

·   Proven experience in social mobilization at the grassroots level.

·   Facilitate workshops and training for enhancing the capacity of FCHVs, HMGs, W/S-WASH-CCs, HFOMCs, PMCs, child club members, parents and community Excellent communication, leadership, team mobilization, and reporting skills in both English and Nepali.

·   Proficiency in MS Office applications and Internet usage.

·   Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.

 .   Nepali citizen with age limit of below 40 years.
