Program Manager, Cure Blindness Project, Nepal (Kathmandu)
Founded in 1995, the Cure Blindness Project (CBP) is a global nonprofit organization driven to help people retain or regain their sight. For more than 25 years, the CBP has worked to eliminate avoidable blindness by building cost-effective, high-quality eye care systems in underserved areas. In collaboration with partners in over 25 countries, the organization has performed 1.4 million sight-restoring surgeries, screened 14.5 million people, and trained over 19,500 eye health professionals. As the organization expands to scale impact, CBP is seeking passionate leaders who are dedicated to making a difference, driving change, and fostering a positive team environment to help reach new heights in the fight against blindness
