Job Title: People and Culture Manager
Reports to: Executive Director
Contract Duration: Initial two years with three months of probation period. Will be renewed based upon performance evaluation

Job Purpose: Lead and develop the People and Culture ecosystem that aligns with NAAMII’s core values and vision. Implementing strategic people management initiatives, overseeing recruitment, talent development, performance management, and organizational culture to drive excellence and support NAAMII's growth objectives.
Core Responsibilities
Strategic People and Culture Leadership and Planning
A. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Create annual HR roadmaps and objectives
- Advise leadership on workforce planning
- Design and implement HR policies and procedures
- Monitor HR metrics and provide strategic insights
B. Talent Acquisition and Management
- Design and lead end-to-end recruitment processes
- Develop talent acquisition strategies for specialized AI roles
- Establish employer branding initiatives
- Create comprehensive onboarding programs
C. Employee Relations and Development
1. Performance Management
- Design performance evaluation systems
- Coach managers on performance conversations
- Implement succession planning
- Conduct salary reviews and benchmarking
2. Learning and Development
- Create organizational learning strategy
- Manage leadership development programs
- Establish career progression frameworks
- Oversee training budget and ROI assessment
3. Organizational Culture
- Lead culture-building initiatives
- Develop diversity and inclusion strategies
- Design employee engagement frameworks
- Implement change management processes
4. Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations
- Manage employment contracts and documentation
- Mitigate HR-related risks
- Handle complex employee relations issues
5. Team Leadership
- Manage HR team members
- Mentor and develop HR staff
- Allocate resources effectively
- Set departmental goals and monitor progress
Requirements
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) preferred
Experience
- Minimum five years of progressive HR management experience
- Proven track record in strategic HR planning and implementation
- Experience in developing HR policies and procedures
