Notice of Auction Sale

Logpoint Nepal Pvt. Ltd is planning to auction the below mentioned used furniture, equipment and other assets, inviting interested parties or individuals to participate. Below are brief details of the items along with the minimum price for purchase.

Please refer to the Annexure ‘A’ and ‘B’ for Item List

Note: Any individual or party must provide a quote at least one of the annexure items or for all the items. The total amount for the entire goods will be considered as the highest bidder and contract will be awarded accordingly.

During the auction, Logpoint’s used furniture, equipment, and other assets will be available for inspection. Interested bidders can collect BID forms & inspect asset from April 17 to April 26, 2025, between 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Logpoint’s Office, 4th floor, Steel Tower, Jawlakhel, Lalitpur by paying Rs. 1000 for each form.

Bid Submission: No later than Tuesday, May 6, 2025, by 5:00 pm at Logpoint’s Office, 4th floor, Steel Tower, Jawlakhel, Lalitpur. Please submit bids in a sealed envelope along with Documents mentioned in BID form.

Terms and conditions:

1. Warranty: The goods will be sold “as is – where is” basis. There are no guarantees or implied warranties for the condition of the items. No refunds or returns permitted after sale.

2. Bidders are urged to inspect the goods before submitting the sealed bids. The successful buyer will be informed, and goods will be available for pickup from the Logpoint’s office 4th floor, Steel Tower, Jawlakhel, Lalitpur.

3. Bidders can submit bids for both Annexures items, or they may choose to bid on either Annexure A or Annexure B. However, they must submit bids for all the lots within the selected Annexure.

Terms of Sale: The auction sale will be made to the bidder/s offering the highest price based on the offers received. The winning bidder (buyer) shall pay the proposed amount in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) by cash deposit to Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Ltd, Jawlakhel Branch, A/C No: 01-3700739 -01or good for payment cheque in the name of Logpoint Nepal Pvt. Ltd. Full payment shall be made within three working days after the successful bidder is informed. Payment is required to be made in full before the ownership title is transferred. The successful bidder shall bear any banking fee associated with the bank transfer. Moreover, expenses related to the transportation, insurance, VAT, scrap tax and any other costs shall be borne by the buyer.

Logpoint will provide a Tax invoice that will serve as an official document of sale. The buyer must pick up the goods within two working days after the payment & issuance of Tax invoice. Logpoint shall bear no responsibility for any maintenance or other service charges for the sold goods. The buyer will be fully responsible for all formalities with the local authorities concerning this purchase.

4. Bid submission: Please submit your bid offers using the form collected from Logpoint’s office. In case of same quoted prices among bidders, awarding will be based on lottery system. The deadline for submission of bids is not later than Tuesday, May 6, 2025, by 5:00 PM.

Logpoint Nepal reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to cancel the auction process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of sale. Logpoint’s liability shall cease as soon as official document of Sale is signed by both parties.
