Job Summary:

The Functional Consultant plays a vital role in supporting the implementation and customization of the OEM software products for clients. This role requires understanding the product's functionality, assisting in client requirements gathering, and ensuring configurations align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Gather and document client requirements.
2. Analyze and map client business processes to software platform.
3. Oversee end-to-end implementation, including UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and go-live support.
4. Using standard API’s, facilitate integration between client’s third-party systems to software platform. 
5. Conduct training sessions for stakeholders on system functionality.
6. Develop comprehensive documentation for implemented solutions.
7. Provide support to resolve post-implementation issues during hyper care period.
8. Manage Level 1 issues and coordinate with OEM for configuration support for level 2& 3 support, product and technical gaps/issues.

Skills Required

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
• Proficiency in working with diverse SaaS, ERP systems.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Results-oriented, team player, articulate analyst with attention to details, persuasive communicator, and good report writer.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in HR, IT, Business Management, or a related field.

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in software implementation or a related consulting role. Knowledge of financial software would be an added advantage.
