We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer with at least 1 year of professional experience in Photoshop and Lightroom to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Ad Creation: Design creative and visually appealing advertisements for digital and print platforms.

• Photo Editing: Use Adobe Lightroom to edit and enhance photographs to meet professional standards.

• Photoshop Manipulation: Create advanced photo manipulations, composites, and other graphic elements using Photoshop.

• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and enhance the company’s visual identity.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute visually engaging campaigns.

• Quality Assurance: Review designs for errors or inconsistencies and make necessary adjustments before final delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: No formal degree required, but strong skills and a portfolio are essential.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in graphic design, with a focus on Photoshop and Lightroom.

• Technical Proficiency:

  • Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.

  • Knowledge of design principles, photo retouching, and color correction.

  • Familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite tools is a bonus.

• Creative Skills:

  • Strong sense of composition.

  • Ability to generate original ideas and deliver creative solutions.

• Soft Skills:

  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.

  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Adaptability to work under deadlines and handle feedback constructively.
