Graphic Design Trainer & In-House Designer

📝Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team — someone who can both train our students in Graphic Design skills while also contributing creatively as our in-house designer. 

Key Responsibilities as a Trainer:
Plan and deliver high-quality training sessions in graphic design

Teach software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant tools

Develop and update training materials and projects

Provide one-on-one mentoring and constructive feedback

Monitor student progress and performance

Stay up to date with industry trends and software developments

✅Key Responsibilities as a Designer:

• Conceptualize and design high-quality visuals for digital and print platforms
• Create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media posts, and email campaigns
• Develop and maintain brand identity across all internal and external communications
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand design needs and deliver effective visual solutions
• Translate ideas into visual content that aligns with project goals and brand guidelines
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Prepare final designs for print and digital production
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices
• Adapt and repurpose existing designs for various platforms and formats
• Ensure consistency, attention to detail, and creative excellence in all deliverables

🎯Requirements:
Proven experience in graphic design 

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)

Strong communication and presentation skills

Patience, creativity, and passion for teaching

💰Salary / Pay Rate: Negotiable based on skills
