About the Role:

Code Fusion Technologies is seeking a highly competent and motivated professional with at least 2 years of experience to oversee both the financial and human resource operations of the organization. This dual-role position requires a self-driven individual who can work independently to manage financial activities, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and efficiently handle end-to-end HR operations.

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in finance and accounting, alongside practical experience in HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, and policy compliance. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can work independently and contribute to the organization's financial and administrative efficiency.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

Finance Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial documents and reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

  • Ensure compliance with Government of Nepal (GON) rules, regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.

  • Oversee daily financial transactions, including invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

  • Maintain up-to-date financial records using Tally accounting software.

  • Manage cash flow to meet operational needs and resolve discrepancies in financial statements.

  • Coordinate with external tax consultants for timely and accurate tax filings.

  • Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

  • Develop proposals, respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and prepare quotations and cost estimates.

  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate terms, ensure adherence to procurement policies, and evaluate vendor performance.

  • Assist in preparing for internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.

HR Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and GON regulations.

  • Manage employee records, payroll processing, and benefits administration.

  • Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and conflict resolution.

  • Conduct performance evaluations and coordinate training and development programs.

  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.

  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions with professionalism and fairness.

  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support workforce planning and decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in finance, accounting, or HR roles (experience in both is highly preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of GON rules, regulations, accounting principles, tax laws, and labor laws.

  • Proficiency in Tally accounting software and HR management tools.

  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.

  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial and HR documentation.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees, vendors, and stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage both HR and Finance departments effectively.
