About the Role:
Code Fusion Technologies is seeking a highly competent and motivated professional with at least 2 years of experience to oversee both the financial and human resource operations of the organization. This dual-role position requires a self-driven individual who can work independently to manage financial activities, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and efficiently handle end-to-end HR operations.
The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in finance and accounting, alongside practical experience in HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, and policy compliance. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can work independently and contribute to the organization's financial and administrative efficiency.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Finance Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate and timely financial documents and reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Ensure compliance with Government of Nepal (GON) rules, regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.
Oversee daily financial transactions, including invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Maintain up-to-date financial records using Tally accounting software.
Manage cash flow to meet operational needs and resolve discrepancies in financial statements.
Coordinate with external tax consultants for timely and accurate tax filings.
Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Develop proposals, respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and prepare quotations and cost estimates.
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate terms, ensure adherence to procurement policies, and evaluate vendor performance.
Assist in preparing for internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
HR Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and GON regulations.
Manage employee records, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and conflict resolution.
Conduct performance evaluations and coordinate training and development programs.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions with professionalism and fairness.
Prepare HR reports and analytics to support workforce planning and decision-making.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in finance, accounting, or HR roles (experience in both is highly preferred).
Strong knowledge of GON rules, regulations, accounting principles, tax laws, and labor laws.
Proficiency in Tally accounting software and HR management tools.
Advanced skills in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in financial and HR documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees, vendors, and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage both HR and Finance departments effectively.
