Details / requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the MRF and PET production unit.
- Lead and manage technical teams, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement operational strategies.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize machinery performance.
- Train and mentor employees to enhance skills and productivity.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in PET recycling, waste management, or plastic processing.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of MRF operations and PET production technologies.
- Familiarity with environmental compliance and workplace safety regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and work in a fast-paced environment.
