KOSHISH, a national non-governmental organization led by individuals with lived experiences of mental health problem, has been advocating for the rights of persons with Mental Health problems and psychosocial disabilities. KOSHISH is taking different initiatives in the promotion of Mental Health and creating replicable quality MHPSS services throughout the country.

KOSHISH invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified consultants or organizations to assess the implementation status of the National Mental Health Strategy and Action Plan 2020. The assessment aims to evaluate progress, identify challenges, and provide actionable recommendations for enhancing mental health services and policies in Nepal. The full Terms of Reference (TOR) is attached for reference.

Eligible consultants or organizations are requested to submit an EOI fulfilling the requirements mentioned in the Application Process section as outlined in the TOR. Sealed Applications duly completed should be submitted at KOSHISH Central office at Kathmandu by 21st January 2025.
