Job purpose:

We are internet based market place and looking for a personality with positive outlook in customer service. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Listen to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Communicate through customer support system Zendesk
  • Build customer relationships
  • Triage customer queries in order of priority
  • Provide information and solutions in line with company practice
  • Maintain and update with new development in company
  • Turn a customer complain into business growth opportunity
  • Escalate customer complains to relevant company chain.

Qualifications:

  • No specific qualification required.
  • Selection through interview process.

Salary:

Negotiable.

Interview process:

  1. Initial interview: online interview on Microsoft meet or Google meet
  2. Face to face interview: Structure of the face to face interview will be provided in the initial interview.
