Job purpose:
We are internet based market place and looking for a personality with positive outlook in customer service. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Listen to customer inquiries and concerns
- Communicate through customer support system Zendesk
- Build customer relationships
- Triage customer queries in order of priority
- Provide information and solutions in line with company practice
- Maintain and update with new development in company
- Turn a customer complain into business growth opportunity
- Escalate customer complains to relevant company chain.
Qualifications:
- No specific qualification required.
- Selection through interview process.
Salary:
Negotiable.
Interview process:
- Initial interview: online interview on Microsoft meet or Google meet
- Face to face interview: Structure of the face to face interview will be provided in the initial interview.
