Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of support incidents and use all available resources to resolve them.

Who Can Apply?
We are looking for individuals who have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, or Business Administration, or Computer Application, or Information Technology, or Engineering.
- A strong understanding of banking terminology.
- Knowledge of accounting principles (Journal Voucher, Ledger, Trial Balance, Cash Flow, Financial Statements, etc.).
- Strong communication and listening skills to effectively assist clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Additional knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server is a plus.
