Notice: Consultancy/Facilitator Support for Nutrition Friendly Local Governance (NFLG) Training

WAC Nepal Integrate Nutrition Resilience and Livelihood (INRL) Project, in partnership with World Vision International Nepal, is seeking qualified individuals or organizations to provide consultancy/facilitator support services for Training on Nutrition Friendly Local Governance (NFLG) and the preparation of an NFLG indicator tracking tool.

Objective:

The overall objective is to facilitate a 3-day training on NFLG for approximately 25 participants, including the Palika/Ward level Nutrition Steering Committee, and 2 days for contextualizing/preparing the NFLG indicator tracking tool in consultation with local government sector heads.

Scope of Assignment:

• Organize consultation meetings.
• Share content and methodologies.
• Facilitate the 3+2 day training and support action plan development.
• Prepare the NFLG tracking tool.
• Submit a final completion report.

Deliverables:

• Facilitate NFLG training and equip participants.
• Prepare the NFLG indicator tracking tool by the 2nd week of April 2025.
• Submit an event completion report and financial settlement by April 20, 2025.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree in public health/nutrition/agriculture with 3 years of experience OR Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field with 5 years of experience in agriculture, health, and nutrition.
• M/ToT certification on Nutrition Friendly Local Governance.
• Experience in nutrition at local, provincial, and federal levels.
• Prior experience working with government sectors.

The deadline for submission is April 8, 2025. Proposals must be submitted via email to procurement@wac.org.np

Evaluation:

The selection will be based on a combination of technical (60%) and financial (40%) evaluations.
