Background:

Bheri Environmental Excellence Group (BEE-Group) is an autonomous, independent, non-partisan, and non-governmental organization. It was established in 2000 AD, registered in the District Administration Office, Banke, and affiliated with the Social Welfare Council, Kathmandu. BEE-Group has been doing collaborative advocacy for the protection and promotion of human rights, establishment of social justice, gender equality, social inclusion and environmental conservation, and community development through community empowerment and mobilization for meaningful participation and networking since its establishment in Lumbini, Sudurpaschim, and Karnali Province of Nepal with building a trustworthy reputation. 

Oxfam and its partner organizations are implementing the Partner’s Investment Fund, which aims to strengthen the overall organizational governance system, including establishing a robust knowledge management system at the organization. Therefore, BEE Group, a host organization of the PIF, is seeking a potential firm or individuals for facilitating the Knowledge Management workshop and requests for submitting the technical and financial proposal from interested firms or individuals based on the Terms of Reference (ToR).

Minimum Requirements of Applicant:

The objective of this consultancy is to deliver the session for the Knowledge Management workshop. The scope of this request for consultancy service requires the firm or individual consultant to submit the technical and financial proposal within given timeline. The facilitator must have a master's degree in any discipline with at least five years of experience in the area of Knowledge Management including system establishment for the organization with practical and theoretical skills and knowledge.

Interested firms or individuals are requested to submit the technical and financial proposal providing a detailed budget plan of consultancy fees with an application letter including Curriculum Vitae of facilitators electronically to beegroup.procurement@gmail.com by 5:00 pm on March 13, 2025, Thursday.
