Position Overview: The Human Resource Manager will oversee all human resources functions within the IT office, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The role involves recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of a highly skilled and motivated workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent.
- Conduct job analysis, create job descriptions, and post job advertisements.
- Oversee the selection, onboarding, and induction process for new hires.
Performance Management:
- Design and manage performance appraisal systems tailored to IT roles.
- Collaborate with team leads to set employee goals and monitor progress.
- Provide coaching and support to improve performance and productivity.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Address employee grievances and ensure effective conflict resolution.
- Plan and execute engagement activities to boost employee morale.
Training and Development:
- Identify skills gaps and design training programs to bridge them.
- Facilitate leadership and technical skills development programs.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives.
HR Policies and Compliance:
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in line with labor laws.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee payroll processing and manage employee benefits programs.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and reviews to maintain competitive pay scales.
Strategic HR Planning:
- Work with senior management to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Provide insights and analytics on workforce trends and needs.
- Develop succession plans and strategies for talent retention.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: At least 3 years of HR experience, with 2+ years in a managerial role, preferably in an IT or tech-oriented company.
- Skills: Strong understanding of IT industry roles and requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment platforms.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
