Hotel Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Hotel Supervisor to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure that all guests receive expectational service. The successful candidate will lead and manage hotel staff, maintain high services standards, and ensure a smooth operation of hotel functions.

Salary: 20k++[Negotiable]

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage operations across the Front office, Food and Beverage, housekeeping, and Maintenance departments.
• Ensure excellent guest services are delivered in all departments.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and training of department personal to ensure service standards are meet.
• Monitor and maintain the quality of housekeeping and cleanliness through the property.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of hotel facilities.
• Implement and uphold safety and hygiene standards in all departments.
• Prepare and manage department budgets are implemented.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel management or a related field (Preferred).
• A minimum of 1 years of supervisory experience in the hotel industry, covering Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping and Maintenance.
• Strong leadership and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple departments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Problem-Solving abilities and attention to detail.
