Established on September 26, 1990, and registered on December 20, 1992, with the District Administration Office in Bajura, PeaceWin Nepal is a non-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to fostering a gender-sensitive, peaceful, and just society in Nepal. As an implementing partner of the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) for the Sudurpaschim province, PeaceWin is actively engaged in programs focusing on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), Gender Equality, and Women Empowerment (GEWE) in Bajura, Bajhang, Achham, Baitadi, Doti, Kailali, and Kanchanpur. The programme/activities under the SRHR are the part of the Reproductive Health and Right for Accelerating Impact (RHEA) programme in selected municipalities of Bajura and Bajhang. Vacancy Position
1. Health Supervisor (7th level) – 1 Position
Location: Bajura with frequent field visits to project municipalities.
Summary: Under the guidance of the Health Programme Manager, the Health Supervisor will play a crucial role in the planning and implementation of the UNFPA-supported programme with a specific focus on RHEA in selected municipalities of Bajura as per the AWP of 2025.
Qualification: Minimum requirement for this position is a PCL in General Medicine (HA) or a Staff Nurse with at least three years of post-PCL experience in reproductive health, health system strengthening, and service quality improvement. Strong understanding and knowledge of government health system including municipal health, planning and budgeting and relevant plans and policies.
