Established on September 26, 1990, and registered on December 20, 1992, with the District Administration Office in Bajura, PeaceWin Nepal is a non-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to fostering a gender-sensitive, peaceful, and just society in Nepal. We provide a supportive learning environment to women, children, and youth, laying the foundation for their career development. As an implementing partner of the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) for the Sudurpaschim province, PeaceWin is actively engaged in programs focusing on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), Gender Equality, and Women Empowerment (GEWE) in Bajura, Bajhang, Achham, Baitadi, Doti, Kailali, and Kanchanpur. Vacancy Position:

1. Health Programme Manager (Level - 10) - 1 Position

Location: PeaceWin Province Programme Office, Dhangadhi, Kailali, with frequent visits to program districts.

Summary: The Health Programme Manager will lead and provide strategic leadership and management in planning, implementation, and monitoring progress as outlined in the annual work plan under sexual and reproductive health. Responsibilities include effectively implementing the annual work plan to achieve high quality results in close coordination with relevant sub-national governments, and ensuring project compliance with timelines and budgets.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in public health/nursing with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience or Bachelor’s degree in public health/nursing with a master degree in social sciences and at least seven years of experience in reproductive health, quality improvement, and health system strengthening with management experience, and proficiency in English language skills.
