Requirements and Qualifications

Skill and Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in DRR/CCA, and livelihoods projects Strong social mobilization, motivation and community sensitization skills
• Valid driving license and ability to ride a motorcycle in rural environment

Education: + 2 level or equivalent in any academic stream.

Languages: Excellent command of the local languages (Tharu and Awadi)

Core competency:

• Acts as a team player and facilitates teamwork
• Good interpersonal communication skills 
• Ability and willingness to work in team, under pressure, and in remote or difficult circumstances.
• Committed to rights- based, gender-sensitive, and child- sensitive work.
• Special priority will be given to local candidates, women, and individuals with disabilities
