We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency looking for a highly skilled Front-End Developer with expertise in WordPress and Shopify to join our remote team. Our agency specialises in performance marketing, SEO, and e-commerce development, and we need a developer who can bring designs to life, optimize user experiences, and ensure seamless website performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain responsive WordPress and Shopify websites.

• Convert Figma/Adobe XD designs into fully functional web pages with pixel-perfect accuracy.

• Implement and optimize themes, templates, and plugins to enhance website performance.

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid (for Shopify).

• Ensure cross-browser and mobile compatibility for all web pages.

• Work closely with designers, marketers, and backend developers to execute website updates and improvements.

• Optimize page speed, core web vitals, and SEO-friendly structures for websites.

• Debug and troubleshoot front-end issues promptly.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in front-end development and e-commerce platforms.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in front-end development, particularly with WordPress and Shopify.

• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid (Shopify’s templating language).

• Experience with WordPress theme development, page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg), and customizations.

• Experience with Shopify themes, Shopify Customizer, and Shopify apps.

• Ability to optimize websites for performance and SEO.

• Familiarity with Git, version control, and development workflows.

• Experience with APIs and third-party integrations is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.

• Strong communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or other modern CSS frameworks.

• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks like Vue.js or React is a plus.

• Understanding of UX/UI principles and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
