Front Desk Officer
(Salary: 20k-25k Rs)
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Front desk Officer for one of the growing real estate company. As the first point of contact clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
- Great and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking accurate message and transferring calls as needed.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and emails.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for clients and agents.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Client Support
- Provide information to clients regarding property listings, market trends, and company services.
- Handle client inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a front desk officer or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office Suite.
- A positive and outgoing personality.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
