FOR Tour Operator/Office Runner

Tour Operator:-

We are seeking a passionate Tour Operator (Inbound/Outbound) to manage outbound tour packages for FIT (Fully Independent Traveler) and group clients. Your primary goal will be to ensure client satisfaction and foster loyalty for future services.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to identify their needs and recommend suitable destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.

• Provide relevant information to travelers, including visa requirements, guides, local customs, maps, regulations, and events.

• Book transportation, make hotel reservations, and collect payments/fees.

• Address any travel-related issues, complaints, or refund requests that may arise.

• Attend travel seminars to stay updated on industry trends.

• Network with other tour operators to expand opportunities.

• Maintain statistical and financial records related to bookings.

Requirements and Skills

• Proven experience of 1 years as an Travel Company

• Fluency in English; multilingualism is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Comprehensive knowledge of domestic and international travel.

• Personal travel experience is an advantage. 

  FOR OFFICE RUNNER

  • Handle various office tasks such as running errands, delivering documents, and assisting with administrative duties.

  • Support office staff to ensure smooth operations.

  • Maintain financial records, prepare statements, and reconcile accounts, with knowledge of the banking sector.

  • Organize office systems, including filing and data management.

  • Provide information to callers and greet visitors, directing them appropriately.

  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and possess good time management skills.

  • Basic computer skills and effective communication are essential.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical, mathematical skills, and proficiency in accounting software required.

  • Teamwork and good communication skills are valued.
