Finance Officer
Vu Devi Services is a business process outsourcing company established in 2013. It has been working to serve its foreign clients in the field of medical report writing. The company currently has 44core staffs that includes a team of medical data processors, medical doctors, physiotherapists, nurse and pharmacists. Since most of our work is done on a real time to serve our overseas clients, out staffs normally works from home. We only have 5 days a week work schedule and most of our work is done online during night time (Nepali time). We encourage team work and value internationally accepted work principles.
Details / requirements:
Position Title: Finance Officer
Working Station: Balkumari, Lalitpur
Working Hours: 10 AM – 6 PM (Monday to Friday)
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure business alignment and efficiency.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow analyses.
• Monitor and evaluate financial performance, focusing on cost control, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial audits, and other relevant statutory regulations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial risk assessment to support business planning and decision-making.
• Oversee the management of accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger processes.
• Collaborate with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions to maintain strong financial relationships.
• Supervise, guide, and mentor the finance team to enhance performance and optimize operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Education: Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably within the manufacturing or trading sectors.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and corporate finance.
• Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
