Admin and Finance Department

Position: Finance Officer

Number of Positions: 2

Location: Lalitpur

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliations using Tally Software.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax filings.
• Support payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
• Assist in financial audits and coordinate with auditors as needed.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role.
• Proficiency in Tally accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of local tax regulations and accounting practices.
• Ability to work independently and multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must possess a valid two-wheeler license.
