Key roles and responsibilities

1. Supervision & Staff Coordination

  • Assign tasks and shifts to housekeeping staff.
  • Ensure cleaning and sanitation schedules are followed.
  • Train staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols.

2. Quality Control & Inspections

  • Conduct regular inspections of offices, meeting rooms, common areas and restrooms.
  • Ensure compliance with company's hygiene and safety standards.
  • Address any deficiencies and report maintenance issues.

3. Inventory & Supplies Management

  • Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Coordinate procurement of necessary items

4. Coordination & Communication

  • Liaise with administrative and facilities management teams for smooth operations.
  • Address staff complaints regarding cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Maintain records of housekeeping activities and report to the management.

5. Health, Safety & Security

  • Ensure compliance with company's health, safety and environmental standards.
  • Train staff on handling cleaning chemicals and emergency procedures.
