Hami DajuVai is a feminist organization that engages men and boys in building a gender-just society. HDV aims to transform patriarchy into equality by integrating intersectionality ubiquitously through the engagement of men, boys, and young people, while promoting women’s leadership. The ultimate goal is to build a gender-just society. To foster an equal and prosperous society where all people enjoy their rights, opportunities, and live dignified lives, while addressing patriarchal masculinity and patriarchal structures through intersectional approaches. 

HDV is now inviting qualified vendors and service providers (individuals or firms) to apply for enlistment in its vendor roster for the fiscal year 2081/82. The aim is to support HDV's projects and operations smoothly over the upcoming year. Eligible vendors and suppliers are invited to express interest in the following procurement categories:

• Advertisement: Publishing job vacancies and Expressions of Interest in online job portals.
• Catering, Restaurant, and Hotel Services: Catering services, restaurant bookings for single-day non-residential events, and hotels for both residential and non-residential training and workshops.
• Consultancy Services: Expertise is sought in areas such as:
  • Audio/Video/Documentary production
  • Editing and Translation
  • Event Management
  • IT, Media, and Social Media
  • Assessment, Surveys, and Research
  • Training/Workshop facilitation in areas including Feminism, Men and Masculinities, Gender-based Violence, Organizational Development, and more.
• Courier Services: Transportation of goods and international/domestic courier services (air and surface).
• Furniture and Furnishing Fixtures: Supply of various office furniture.
• Grocery Supplies: Cleaning, pantry/kitchen supplies, and general groceries.
• Internet Service Providers: Dedicated high-speed internet with reliable after-sales service.
• Medical and Accidental Insurance Services for staff.
• Office Equipment & IT Hardware: Supply of computers, smart TV, smart board, laptops, printers, mobile phones, and other IT equipment.
• Promotional Items: Supply of items such as bags, jackets, T-shirts, mugs, and souvenirs.
• Printing and Design Services: Printing, publishing, and design.
• Repair and Maintenance Services: Repair and maintenance for air conditioners, electrical systems, plumbing, solar systems, and more.
• Stationery and Office Supplies.
• Travel Services: Domestic and international air ticketing.
• Website designing and other Office internet and intranet services
• Vehicle Rental Services.

Application Process:

• Vendors: Submit your company profile, valid registration certificates, VAT/PAN registration, and the latest tax clearance documents by 30th September 2024.
• Individual Consultants: Submit your C.V., previous experience, PAN card, and per-day rates by 30th September 2024.
