Expression of Interest for Printing Service Providers

1. Background

World Vision International Nepal (WVI Nepal) is an INGO dedicated to work with vulnerable children, families, and communities to overcome poverty and injustice. WVI Nepal invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from reputed and experience printing service providers capable of producing uniquely sequenced A4 sheets to support our project requirement.

2. Purpose of the EOI:

The purpose of this EOI is to identify and prequalify competent printing service providers who have the capacity to meet our unique sequential printing needs and high standards of quality. Selected vendors will be invited to participate in a Request for Proposal (RFP) process.

3. Scope of Work

The selected service provider will be required to:

• Print 85,000 sheets uniquely sequenced A4 sheets as per WVI Nepal provided instruction.
• Ensure precision and accuracy in sequential numbering or coding.
• Maintain strict quality control to prevent errors in sequence and layout.
• Provide timely delivery according to agreed-upon schedules.
• Selected service provider may be awarded for Long-term agreement (LTA).

4. Vendor Capacity Requirements

Interested vendors must demonstrate capacity and expertise in the following areas:

• Production Capacity: required digital printing machine and should have ability to handle large-volume printing with scalable production options.
• Customization and Variable Data Printing: Proven experience in handling variable data printing for unique sequences.
• Quality Control: Robust systems for quality assurance, including error-checking mechanisms.
• Delivery Reliability: Capability to provide the printed material within agreed timeline. 
• Operational Flexibility: Technical support for design adaptation and data processing.

5. Submission Requirements

Interested vendors are requested to submit the following documentation:

• Company Profile: Background, key personnel, and relevant experience.
• Technical Capability: Information on printing technology, equipment, and quality control systems.
• Project Experience: Examples of similar projects completed, including client references.
• Capacity: Details on production capacity, lead times, and flexibility for large volumes.
• Contact Information: Name, email, and phone number of the main point of contact.

6. EOI Submission Instructions: 

EOIs must be submitted by email in this email ID: npl_supplychain@wvi.org no later than November 17, 2024, by 5: 00 PM (Nepal Time). Late submissions will not be considered.

Documents required: cover letter, company profile, experience, technical proposal (approach and methodology), legal documents: copies of registration, tax clearance, PAN. 

Note: This EOI is not a solicitation for bids. WVI Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject any or all EOIs without assigning any reason thereof.
