The Dalit Ethnic Upliftment Center (DEUC), based in Bara, is a non-profit organization dedicated to uplifting marginalized communities. Founded in 2059 B.S. by passionate local youth from Dalit, indigenous, and disadvantaged backgrounds, DEUC is led by Dalit women and strives to create an inclusive society where everyone enjoys dignity and equal opportunities. Working closely with local governments, DEUC empowers vulnerable communities, promotes local ownership, and supports sustainable development. Over the years, it has implemented impactful programs addressing poverty, social justice, disaster preparedness, gender equality, health, education, and humanitarian aids. DEUC also fosters social change, builds economic resilience, and provides legal aid through skill development and community networks.

Currently active in various municipalities in Madhesh Province, DEUC is supported by a committed team of staff, volunteers, and consultants. Guided by the belief that “Information is the best instrument of empowering people,” DEUC continues to build capacity, share knowledge, and engage communities in creating a brighter, more equitable future.

In the purpose of office running in Kalaiya Municipality, DEUC invites property owners to submit their Expression of Interest to rent out a house for a period of five years. Dalit Janjati Utthan Kendra is announcing expression of Interest for house rental for program office in Kalaiya Bara.

Required Property Specifications:

4 rooms with adequate hall space, kitchen, toilet & bathroom and Spacious yard with ample space for parking vehicles.

Preferred Location: Easily accessible area with a secure and peaceful environment.

Submission Details: Interested property owners are requested to submit their Expression of Interest, including:

1. Property documents, landowner certificates
2. Citizenship and individual PAN card copy.
3. Tax clearance bill for the current fiscal year.
4. Detailed Description of the house and facilities
5. Monthly Rent charge.
6. Detail contract Information with phone number.
