Consultancy services to conduct various trainings for the “Promoting Gender Equality and Safety in School (PGESS) Project.”

Tuki Association Sunkoshi (TUKI) is a member-based, non-governmental, non-profit making organization registered in the District Administration Office, Sindhuplachowk, in 1992 and affiliated with the Social Welfare Council (SWC). Tuki has been working with and for children in the area of education, child protection, social security and gender equality for social justice.

Tuki Association Sunkoshi (TUKI) is implementing "Promoting Gender Equality and Safety in School" (PGESS) Project in twelve schools of Sunkoshi RM of Sindhupalchok district with financial and technical support of Child Fund Japan.

Tuki is seeking an interested and eligible External individual Consultant, Consultancy company and Firms and/or their joint ventures registered in Nepal under Gov. rules and regulations to conduct various trainings of Promoting Gender Equality and Safety in School Project.

The consultant will work in collaboration with the Tuki team throughout the processes. Prospective candidates are expected to have expertise in training facilitation in the area of requested training.

1. Positive Discipline training for teachers
2. Training for students on reporting mechanisms
3. Peer-to-Peer counselling training for child club
4. Training on positive parenting
5. Training to CRC members
6. Training to District-RM-Ward stakeholder
7. Training to local media on SRGBV and ethical reporting of children's issues
8. TOT-Regular Training for focal teachers
9. SRGBV free teaching approach training for teachers

Eligible consultants/firms/company/individual may submit an EoI fulfilling all the requirements mentioned in all the eligibility sections as outlined in the ToR.

Note: The email should be clear with the subject (Technical and financial proposal of respective trainings) line. Inadequate detailed proposals will not be accepted. The evaluation of the proposal will start by the organization before the deadline, and the attached annexes need to be properly filled.
