KOSHISH, a national non-governmental organization led by individuals with lived experiences of mental health problem, has been advocating for the rights of persons with Mental Health problems and psychosocial disabilities. KOSHISH is taking different initiatives in the promotion Mental Health and creating replicable quality MHPSS services throughout the country.

KOSHISH calls for Experession of Interest (EOI) to conduct baseline survey for the project “Capacity development support to organizations of persons with disabilities to promote disability rights and inclusion in the governance and development process of Nepal”. Project is implementing in partnership with UN Women in 3 provinces (Madhesh, Sudurpaschim, Karnali). KOSHISH is seeking an experienced and eligible consultant or consultancy firm for this baseline survey. The details about the assignment are mentioned in the TOR_baseline.docx

Consultants are requested to submit the following documents in PDF format:

• A budget proposal for the entire baseline study, specifying the relevant costs (e.g. accommodation, costs, local transport)
• Brief description of the overall design and methodology of the baseline survey and proposed workplan.
• Sample of Previous Baseline report.
• CVs of relevant personnel, with at least two references.
• Copy of PAN/VAT certificate.
• A copy of tax clearance for last fiscal year.
• Application Letter

Eligible consultant or consultancy firm are requested to submit an EOI fulfilling the requirements mentioned in the Application Process section as outlined. Applications duly completed should be submitted to procurement@koshish.org.np by 20th January 2025 with the subject line “Consultant for Baseline Survey”. EOI Application will be evaluated on rolling basis.
