Call for Expression of Interest (EoI) 

Rural Health and Education Service Trust (RHEST) is a national non-government organization. Since it establishment in 1993, RHEST has been working to prevent Human Trafficking and gender-based violence amongst girls from marginalized groups through support in education and health related programs. Currently, RHEST is supporting the formal education of more than 12,500 vulnerable girls in the rural communities in 18 districts of Nepal. Women and girls’ empowerment and reproductive health are other focused areas of RHEST’s programs.

RHEST invites EoI from interested individuals/firms to conduct Social Audits.

Duration of Assignment: May-June, 2025

Duty Station: Kavre, Ramechhap, Udayapur, and Surkhet.

Interested and qualified institutions/firms are requested to submit the Expression of Interest (EoI) through Sealed documents to the following address with subject line “EoI for Social Audit” by April 24, 2025.

EoI should include-

• Cover Letter
• Organization Profile
• Technical proposal with a proposed team of experts, and their responsibilities
• Financial Proposal 
• CV of expert/team member(s)
• Registration and renewal certificates of organization
• Copy of VAT/PAN registration certificate/personal PAN
• Latest tax clearance certificate (FY 080/81)
• Any other related document
