Sahakarmi Samaj (SS) was formed as a non-governmental organization in 1997 to promote self-sustainability approach for empowering disadvantaged and marginalized communities to become self-reliable and inter-dependent. SS is officially registered in Surkhet district. At present, we working in 15 districts namely:  (Banke, Bardiya, Rukum East and Dang districts of Lumbini Province, Surkhet, Jajarkot, Rukum West and Kalikot district of  Karnali Province, Bajura, Kailali and Kanchanpur districts of Sudurpaschim Province, Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur districts of Bagmati Province) of Nepal. SS is recognized as the leading exponent of the Facilitation for Empowerment and Social Transformation (FEST) - a process-led approach for community development in Nepal.

Sahakarmi Samaj is developing a roster for FY 2081/082 of potential vendors/suppliers with experience of working in following services. SS invites “Expression of Interest” (EoI) along with detailed rate quotations for the relevant services.

1. Travel services for Domestic and International air ticketing  

2. Vehicle rental for Land Transportation and good transport 

B. Office Supplies

3. Office stationery. 

4. Printing, publication and merchandise (ID card, business card, pen, notebook, flyer, brusher annual report, t-shirts, bags, cup, flex board, banner etc.)

5. Office furniture (tables, chairs, racks, cupboards, notice board etc.)

6. IT equipment (computers, Laptops, Printers, Scanners, Multimedia, Camera, CC camera, Biometric equipment)

C. Repair & Maintenance Service

7. General maintenance (office plumbing, general electricity maintenance, furniture repair and maintenance services)

8. Computer and IT services.

D. Good & Service Delivery

9. Hotel services 

10. Agro Equipment and Material 

11. Hardware suppliers

12. Bag, raincoat, sleeping bag, shoes, T-Shirt, Cap manufacturer/suppliers

13. Home appliances suppliers

14. Electronic appliances

15. Consultancy services

Eligible interested service/goods provider (consultant firm, individual consultants) are requested to send their Expression of Interest (EOI) along with applicable legal documents and send by sahakarmisamaj.org@gmail.com or can submit hard copy to our office as below address with following supporting documents no later than 10th July 2024.
