Expression of Interest for Vendor Listing

Adam Smith International (ASI) is a global advisory firm based in London, UK, dedicated to enhancing economies, stabilizing societies, and improving government effectiveness. Our clients include governments, international organizations, companies, and foundations. ASI has been active in Nepal since 1997 through its registered entity, Adam Smith International (ASI Nepal).

ASI Nepal is seeking qualified vendors and suppliers from Kathmandu Valley, Surkhet, Nepalgunj, Butwal, Birgunj, and Janakpur to provide various goods and services for the fiscal year 2025-2026 (January 2025 - December 2026). Interested vendors/service providers are invited to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) for the following categories:

1. Insurance Services: Medical and accidental insurance for ASI and its project staff/dependents, and insurance for ASI Nepal property/equipment.
2. Vehicle Rental Services
3. Hotels: Services in Kathmandu Valley, Surkhet, Nepalgunj, Butwal, Birgunj, and Janakpur.
4. Internet Service Providers
5. Travels and Tours
6. Advertising Services
7. IT Services: Annual AMC (on-call basis) for IT support.
8. Office Equipment & IT Hardware: Laptops, printers, LCD projectors, UPS, photocopy machines, toner/cartridges, and other IT equipment.
9. Furniture and Furnishing Fixtures: Supply of various furniture items.
10. Repair and Maintenance Services: Air conditioners, electricity, solar systems and batteries, online UPS, plumbing, sewage, carpentry, and vehicles.
11. Printing and Designing: Printing, publishing, and designing works.
12. Emergency Supplies: First aid kits, emergency kits, fire extinguishers.
13. Office Promotional Items: Supply of promotional items such as bags, jackets, T-shirts, mugs, souvenirs, and other items.
14. Security Services
15. Online Job Portals

Interested vendors should submit a company profile, a valid company registration certificate, a VAT/PAN registration certificate, and the latest tax clearance documents by January 30, 2025.

ASI Nepal reserves the right to reject any submission and make the final selection decision.
