Expression of Interest (EOI ) for Vendor Listing

The U.S. Pharmacopeial Convention (USP) is a scientific nonprofit organization that sets standards for the identity, strength, quality, and purity of medicines, food ingredients, and dietary supplements manufactured, distributed, and consumed worldwide. USP’s drug standards are enforceable in the United States by the Food and Drug Administration, and these standards are used in more than 140 countries.

USP Nepal invites an expression of interest from the qualified vendors/suppliers/service providers to be included in the vendor roster/standing list to provide various goods and services for FY 2024-25.

1. Vehicle rental service 
2. Hotel service-events, food, accommodation
3. Office equipment, IT hardware and supplies.
4. Stationery
5. Grocery supplies
6. Furniture and furnishing fixtures.
7. Repair and maintenance services- ICT equipment, electricity, plumbing, sewage, carpentry, vehicle, and generator
8. Printing and design service. 
9. Consultancy service - interpreters, translation, IT service, software development, videography and graphics designing.
10. Advertisement service 
11. Transportation /courier service 
12. Supply of laboratory chemicals and equipment
13. Supply of pharmaceutical industry equipment, it's accessories, and services
14. Payroll management and tax advice service. 
15. Legal service.
16. Security, cleaning, pest control, gardener service
17. Internet service 
18. Insurance service 

Interested firms/suppliers/companies with experience of working with I/NGOs in providing the aforementioned services are requested to submit their EoI with the following supporting documents by 15 September 2024(5,00PM).

• Interest letter
• Company profile including at least 2 referees. 
• Company registration, VAT/PAN registration
• Latest Tax clearance certificate

USP Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject any applications in whole or in part and alter the provisions of this EOI as deemed necessary without assigning reasons whatsoever.
