EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EoI) FOR STATUTORY AUDIT

Jalpa Integrated Development Society Udayapur, an NGO working in child and adolescent’s protection, CFLG, PCESP (Protection & Community Engaged Sponsorship Prrogram) and invites Sealed Financial and Technical Proposal as per the board decision on 2081/03/05 (BS) from Audit firms (Qualified Chartered Accountants) to submit their EoI within 22 days starting from 2081/03/25 Bikram Sambat for Statutory Audit Including All Donor Funded Projects for The Fiscal Year 2080/81. 

Mandatory requirement for eligibility: 

• Meet all legal requirements such as registration and renewal certificate, VAT registration including the latest tax clearance certificate. 
• Have received all the required updated documents from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN).
• Having experiences with minimum 2 Years in the related field. 

Interested audit firms are requested to submit their sealed financial and technical proposal along with above documents to reach us by 2081/04/15 Bikram Sambat (July 30, 2024 AD). The submitted documents will not be considered later than 5 PM of the last day. 

JIDS will provide the TOR to the concern audit firms as per the Term of Reference (TOR), JIDS is requesting to fill up the Request for Quotation (RFQ) and submit all the required documents along with RFQ on email: jids.procurement@gmail.com

JIDS reserves all the rights to reject any submission without mentioning the reasons whatsoever.
