Bheri Environmental Excellence Group (BEE-Group) is an autonomous, independent, non-partisan, and non-governmental organization. It was established in 2000 AD, registered in the District Administration Office, Banke, and affiliated to the Social Welfare Council, Kathmandu. BEE-Group has been doing collaborative advocacy for the protection and promotion of human rights, establishment of social justice, gender equality, social inclusion and environmental conservation, and community development through community empowerment and mobilization for meaningful participation and networking since its establishment in the Lumbini and Karnali Province of Nepal with building a trustworthy reputation.

The Samvardhan/CAREC (CSOs Actions for Resilience Ecosystem and Community) Project is funded by European union, Austrian development cooperation through ADRA Austria. The project, led by ADRA (Adventist Development & Relief Agency) Nepal in partnership with ANSAB (Asia Network for Sustainable Agriculture & Bio-resources), BEE-Group (Bheri Environmental Excellence Group), FECOFUN (Federation of Community forestry users Nepal), aims to promote biodiversity conservation, improve livelihoods, and implement sustainable forest management in specific areas of Nepal. 

In response to the growing challenges posed by climate change and the need for sustainable agricultural practices adapting the alternative crops in buffer zone areas, BEE Group under the project Samvardhan (CSO actions for resilient ecosystem and community) in partnership with (ADRA Nepal) seeks to develop comprehensive guidelines/modules on climate-smart farming practices and wildlife resilient farming with the objectives to contribute in improving the bio-diversity, well-being of the targeted community and farmers of Rapti Sonari Rural Municipality, Kohalpur Municipality, Madhuban and Thakurbaba Municipality in Banke and Bardiya district through Agro-Forest based enterprise development, natural resource management and support to strengthen the local capacity. These guidelines/modules aim to empower farmers with the knowledge and tools necessary to adapt to changing climatic conditions while promoting biodiversity conservation and sustainable land management.

1. Position: Consultant/Individual/form as service provider to develop the guidelines of climate resilience and wildlife resistant farming practices in Banke & Bardiya District.
