Rural Development Centre (RDC) Nepal is a non-governmental organization established in 2002 registering at District Administration Office (DAO), Rautahat. RDC Nepal has been carried out different interventions focusing on the welfare of children, youths, and women, health and education, water and sanitation, sustainable environment, livelihood, income generation activities, disaster management, conflict, information and technology, and other critical issues and right based issues.

Rural Development Centre (RDC) Nepal takes this opportunity to request all potential firms to submit Technical and financial proposal for Consultancy Services for Conducting Community Action for Disaster Response (CADRE) Training under NRL Program funded by World Vision International.

Interested consultants/firms may obtain Terms of Reference (ToR), financial proposal, Registration form from the link below.

Interested Nepalese firms/organizations or individuals meeting the qualifications and requirements as described in the ToR could submit their EOI. Kindly review the ToR thoroughly and familiarize yourselves before applying. Prospective candidates are expected to have proven experience in delivering community-level disaster risk management (DRM) training  mentioned in TOR.

Please submit your EOI and required documents electronically to procurement@rdcnepal.org before deadline or sealed hardcopy to RDC Nepal Chandrapur-04, Rautaht. The Technical Proposal and the Financial Proposal files MUST BE COMPLETELY SEPARATE. The financial proposal shall be encrypted with password or sealed Envelope. The files must be sent to the dedicated email address specified. The password for opening the Financial Proposal should be provided only upon request of Procurement Committee, Rural Development Centre Nepal, Rautahat. Rural Development Centre Nepal, Rautahat will request password only from bidders whose Technical Proposal has been found to be technically fit for the assignment. Failure to provide the correct password may result in the proposal being rejected. The proposal received after the deadline will not be considered for evaluation. Any proposal that does not meet the requirements will not be entertained. A proposal that meets the requirements and offers the best value for money will be awarded.

All rights are reserved with procurement committee of RDC Nepal either to approve or disapprove any proposal without giving any reasons whatsoever. 

Required documents:-

• Contain Technical Proposal without password and financial Proposal with password.
• VAT/PAN registration certificate.
• Company Registration Certificate (individuals not required)
• Recent Tax Clearance Certificate FY-2080/81
• Similar work experience documents.
• Supplier registration form and Signed Code of Conduct 
• Signed TOR
