Expression of Interest (EOI) - Call for Quotations for Hotel Services in Kathmandu Valley

Women Rehabilitation Center (WOREC) is a prominent national non-governmental organization established in 1991 dedicated to preventing violence against women and girls, addressing its root causes, and ensuring the economic, social, and cultural well-being of women and marginalized groups.

As part of our ongoing initiatives, WOREC is organizing two five-day events in Kathmandu Valley and invites quotations from eligible hotels to provide accommodation, meeting facilities, and catering services for these events.

Event Details:

• Event 1: March 20, 2025 (Arrival in the evening) – March 25, 2025 (Departure in the morning after breakfast)
• Event 2: April 7, 2025 (Arrival in the evening) – April 12, 2025 (Departure in the morning after breakfast)
• Event Location: Inside Kathmandu Valley. 

Scope of Services Required:

The hotel must be located in Kathmandu Valley and must provide:

• Comfortable accommodation for participants
• Conference/meeting hall with necessary amenities
• Meals and refreshments during the event
• Disability-friendly services to ensure accessibility for all participants
• Additional services as per the detailed requirements

Submission Guidelines:

• All quotations must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the subject line “Quotation for Hotel Services”
• Submission Deadline: March 12, 2025, by 5:00 PM
• Submission Address: WOREC Office, Balkumari, Kathmandu
