For Procuring Stationery Materials, School Bags and Uniform

Under SIKAI Project

Since its inception in 1964 in Nepal, VSO has evolved its focus from service delivery in remote districts to its current approach of developing organizational, managerial, and civil society capacities to address poverty. Its key strengths are leadership in volunteering approach and ability to work at community level where the needs are the greatest, sharing skills and experience strategically with people and organizations with the potential to effectively contribute to development in Nepal.

VSO Nepal will be running a procurement process for the provision of below:(Please click the Item for their respective RFQ)

1. Stationery Materials
2. School bags 
3. School Uniform 

VSO Nepal is seeking expressions of interest along with quotations from suitably experienced companies/organisations.

Interested vendors will be required to supply separate envelopes for a. Stationery Materials, b. School Bags and c. School Uniform. Those materials should be delivered to BYC Baglung Municipality-1, Ramrekha, Baglung. 

Expressions of interest: Nepali organization/company which have experience and expertise in this area should send their Expression of Interest (EOI) along with a quotation containing a contact name, company name, company address, phone, and email address along with evidence of valid company/firm registration certificate, VAT/PAN registration certificate, latest tax clearance certificate of FY 2079/80 and evidence of similar work experience (at least two). Interested and eligible company/firm should send us the above-required documents in a sealed envelope to the address below on or before Monday 1st July 2024.

Note-I: Sending documents for stationery items, school bags, and school uniforms in the same envelope will be ineligible. Therefore, the interested company/firm must submit your offer mentioning quoted items i.e. “Stationery items” or “School Bag” or ‘school uniforms” in separate envelopes with samples.
