The Zoological Society of London (ZSL) is an international conservation charity founded in 1826 as the world’s first scientific zoological society. Over nearly 200 years of history, ZSL has established a strong legacy in conservation, research, and animal care across 80+ countries, striving toward a vision where wildlife thrives. For the past 25 years, ZSL has been actively supporting biodiversity conservation efforts in Nepal.

ZSL Nepal is in the process of updating its database of eligible suppliers, vendors, and consultants. With this notice, ZSL Nepal invites expressions of interest (EOI) from eligible and interested suppliers, vendors, firms, and individual consultant/consultancy firms/companies for the year 2025 to update its roster.

Mandatory Requirements for Pre-Qualification

1. Suppliers/vendors and consultancy firms/companies must be registered in Nepal.
2. Minimum of two years of experience in the applied categories.
3. Demonstrated financial stability and available credit line.
4. Availability of all required equipment to fulfill the services.

Documents to be Enclosed with the EOI

For Suppliers/Vendors:

1. Cover Letter
2. Company Registration Certificate and VAT/PAN Registration Certificate
3. Tax Clearance Certificate for FY 2080-81

For Consultancy Services (Where Applicable):

1. Signed, Updated CV (for individuals) or Company Profile
2. Copy of PAN/VAT Certificate and Company Registration Certificate
3. Tax Clearance Certificate for FY 2080-81

Submission Details

Interested companies or individuals are encouraged to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) by requesting the relevant forms and rate sheets for each category through email. Please fill out the quotation format provided in the respective form.

• Required Documents: All submissions must include the completed form or rate sheet which will be shared through email, along with the required documents as mentioned in the notification.
• In case a form is not available for a specific category, you may submit an EOI along with the required documents listed above.
• Multiple Categories: Companies or individuals applying for more than one category must submit a separate Expression of Interest for each category, accompanied by the required documents.
• Category being applied for should be clearly mentioned on the subject line of email.

Companies can submit expression of interest (EOI) letter, above listed documents & quotations at procurementzslnepal@zsl.org by 05:00 PM, 20th March 2025.
