Save the Saptari, a non-profitable social development & humanitarian organization based in Saptari district that is a non-profit, non-political, and humanitarian organization operating in the Saptari and Mahottari district of Nepal. Since its establishment in 1999, the organization has been committed to improving the lives of marginalized communities through various initiatives. Save the Saptari focuses on enhancing education, health & Nutrition, sanitation, livelihood, disaster risk reduction, climate change adaptation, irrigation, and awareness activities. The Save the Saptari is announcing vacancy for following Posts.

Position: Executive Director - 1 

Qualification and experiences:

• Master Degree in Education, Sociology, development studies or equivalent degree from the recognized university
• Having at least 7 years of similar experience with I/NGOs and government offices especially in the Terai region of Nepal as well as project planning, implementation, Organizational Documentation policies and management
• Advance computer skills and fluent in speaking & report writing in English, Nepali and local languages.

Assignment:

• 70% Office based work including coordination and reporting and 30% Fieldworks including supervision and backstopping (may modify as upon program requirement).

Safeguarding: Save the Saptari adheres safeguarding policy, including its child safeguarding and Global Anti-harassment policy with high importance and commit rigorous. Procedures to ensure allow personal and programs safe for children.
