1. Executive Associate
Role Description
The Executive Associates to the Chairperson and CEO provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to ensure the seamless execution of their responsibilities. Serving as primary liaisons for the Chairperson and CEO, these roles involve managing communication, schedules, logistics, and strategic initiatives while enabling effective decision-making and planning.
These positions require highly organized and professional individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can manage confidential information with discretion. They also offer unique platforms to gain exposure to high-level strategic processes, build leadership capabilities, and grow into impactful roles within the organization.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Communication and Administrative Support
- Serve as primary points of contact for the Chairperson and CEO, managing priorities and handling requests efficiently.
- Oversee the Chairperson’s and CEO’s calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements to optimize time and productivity.
- Draft, review, and distribute high-level communications, ensuring professionalism and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Maintain a smooth flow of information to and from the Chairperson’s and CEO’s offices, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
2. Strategic Coordination
- Conduct in-depth research, analyze data, and prepare reports, briefing notes, and presentations to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and track the implementation of key organizational initiatives, providing regular updates to ensure alignment with priorities.
- Support planning and coordination of strategic meetings, including agenda preparation, documentation, and follow-ups on key action items.
3. Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as liaisons between the Chairperson, CEO, and internal/external stakeholders, building positive and productive relationships.
- Represent the Chairperson and CEO in meetings and events as needed, documenting outcomes and reporting on key insights.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues proactively to maintain smooth and productive stakeholder connections.

Qualifications and Skills
Educational Background & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in project management, administrative support, or similar roles.
