About the job:

We are looking to hire a trusted and dynamic personal capable of handling sensitive information to join the team.

As a support role, the Executive Assistant typically involves in administrative and organizational responsibilities. These includes day-to-day tasks for a direct report, such as calendar management, logistical planning, filing and reporting, etc.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Filing and organizing sensitive documents.
  • Managing calendars across different time zones.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Project Coordination.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations and other documents.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • University Degree or Equivalent.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in computer applications and usage of Microsoft office packages.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
