Engineering Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and mentor a team of software engineers. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and project execution skills, with a background in .NET technologies being a plus. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, people management, and strategic planning to drive high-quality software development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Oversee software development processes, ensuring best practices and efficient workflows.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Developers, QA and DevOps.

• Define technical strategies and drive innovation within the team.

• Manage project timelines, resource allocation and technical roadmaps.

• Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration and technical excellence.

• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 7+ years of experience in software development, with 3+ years in a leadership role.

• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

• Proven ability to manage and mentor engineering teams.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication and decision-making skills.

• Experience with .NET Technologies and Angular is a plus
